yoga group classes
All classes are held at:
7a Coneyhill Road, Bridge of Allan, FK9 4EL
The studio is only open at the times of the classes. Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before class time.
For your classes:
- Wear comfortable, stretchy clothes and bring something warm to wear afterwards
- Come au naturel (without make-up and perfume)
- Come on an empty stomach: avoid eating two hours before and drinking 30 minutes before
- We will provide mats, but please bring your own if you have one, it is more hygenic
Enrolment forms detailing your medical history and any injuries or problems must be completed before starting any classes. If you have a specific medical condition you will also require consent from your doctor.
Complete beginners may need to do 1:1 lessons first or wait for an introductory workshop to take place before joining a class.
All classes require pre-booking. Classes are attended once, twice or three times weekly. Practice should be regular and the more often the practice the faster you will progress.
