Lodge Abercrombie no.531 (Masonic Lodge) 2 Union Street, Bridge of Allan Description: A short class of stretching for everyone…... This class will incorporate approximately 30 minutes
of stretching on a mat, based on safe Pilates and Yoga stretches, occasionally using stretch bands or other equipment, covering all muscle groups, but can be focused on legs and hips. The stretches are followed by 10 minutes of relaxation.

Description: An easy but effective exercise class which teaches how to remain fit and healthy, during and after pregnancy. This class uses exercise balls for strengthening core stability, improving posture, and encouraging muscle balance.

Wear comfortable loose clothing. All equipment and mats are provided.
Please arrive 5-10 mins beforehand to allow classes to run on time.
An enrolment form detailing your medical history and any injuries or problems must be completed before starting any classes. If you have a specific medical condition you will also require consent from your doctor.
